Brilliant musical film. Love Olivia Newton John, she is just perfect for the part, a sweet innocent young lady falling for the guy on the beach who turns out to be the leader of the T-birds when she starts her new school. John Travolta is great struting his stuff. The journey they take before love winsin the end. Songs & the singing fantastic, super movie, one to watch again & again.

I am now able to watch this with my children without it sounding shakey. I have this film on video which has been well used so it is nice that I can now carry on watching one of my favourite films from my childhood. I was ploeased to purchase this on DVD as this was the first film I was allowed to go & see at the cinema with my friends so thanks for keeping my memories alive.
I think this is a great film to purchase for that good feel factor.

My boys came home from school one day & said -" Mum, have you heard of 'Grease' ? - they'd been to an after school dance class & were doing some moves from the movie. I had the soundtrack but not the movie so it was great to be able to go on line & find it (so cheap!) & it practically arrived the next day. They haven't stopped watching it since to copy the moves & my baby sitter's eyes even lit up as she said - Oooh you've got Grease! For me it is abit more dated than I remember it but it's a classic - even if you only buy it so your kids know what you're on about!
