I wanted to buy a DVD that was targeting ABS because I wanted something extra to supplement my gym routine, something I can do at home just for my stomach & this was my first choice. I was not sure if Ana Caban will be my type but her name was strongly recommended by a friend who does yoga & pilates regularly & so I decided to try. What a great choice! I must say one of the best work outs ever BUT if you are a beginner you will not be able to do even half the things she does. She has an assistant who does the easier versions of the exercises which is great but I did struggle for a while to keep up & also to be able to do every single one of them. If you really want to target that stomach fat it is a must have DVD!

I found this DVD a good length to fit into a busy day, Ana is not difficult to watch repeatedly & the pace is a good speed for when you start & also when you are used to the exercises.

I have been practicing pilates for quite a while now, & was becoming bored by not feeling challenged enough. However, this workout is amazing! It is really very challenging & quite intensein the middle, with one demonstator working at intermediate level & Ana herself, working at advanced. To top it off, my abs are incredibly defined & stronger as a result of doing this workout about three times a week,in addition to my usual pilates workouts. Highly recommended. I'm off to buy more of her stuff now!

I use to trainin the mornings & I like this workout because it takes only 30 min. but it is effective (I could feel my body next day) & it's nice filmed. I would not recommend it for beginners.

I've just had my second baby by c-section so my abs werein bad shape. I have used this dvd for 7, days each morning for 25 mins (when my little one who is 4 months is a asleep). I notice results already. Even though I am not getting a full night sleep yet I find I have increased energy...I also feel more positive & proactive.I am getting things done rather than talking about it! I know this sounds incredible but I suppose besides the benefit of doing abdominal exercises I am also making time for myself & that has far reaching effects.It is a very challenging DVD but each day I seem to be able to achieve more. The first time I tried it I couldn't even get my legs off the floor without lifting them with my arms!Buy it.You will notice a difference. My husband has!
