Not for the faint hearted or beginners. This is a really fabulous 2 disc dvd, that will really get you working. The first cardio disc is c35 mins whichin a short time gives you an excellent workout, broken down into upper body, lower body, core & total body workouts (thus working your arms, abs, thighs & bottom). It raises your heart rate so expect to end up hot & sweaty. The 2nd disc is c50 mins, broken down into 2 upper body, 2 lower body, 2 core & 1 total body workouts - again lots of cardio, boxing & kick boxing moves. Even by the next day you notice an improvement to your body. Billy Blanks is full of his usual energy which is addictive. The american way of whooping & cheering was annoying to start with, along with the counting but then once you get into it you find yourself whooping & counting along too - you may feel a bit daft but actually if you can speak whilst exercising then you're improving your fitness levels. I have to say it is his best workout by far. For beginners I would recommend the 'Get Celebrity Fit Sculpt' as this is a good introduction to Tae Bo. Billy uses a lot of these movesin the 2 disc Cardio Circuit but at a much higher & faster pace with barely a breather. This is a good way to sculpt your body & have fun too. Enjoy!
