it's nice but there's too much talking. the good thing is that i watch it first, learned the exercises ( which are very few) & then did it with my baby who enjoyed it very much. would'nt buy it. wish there were more dvd's to choose from.

The Baby Yoga DVD brings peace & harmony into our home. We all love it. We do it as a family & it brings us together. Our toddler joinsin too (must get into Toddler Yoga). Recommend it highly.
Thank goodness for this video ! - By: , 23 Jan 2006 I'd tried everything....my baby was constantly crying & wouldn't settle. I was given this video by a friend who'd tried it & thought it would help. Up to that point I'd been a bit of a yoga sceptic but this was incredible & gradually life began to change. My baby responded like a dream & I've never looked back. I'd highly recommend this - even for easy babies its a great way to spend time with your child - Thank you !!

Lots of chat, about 5 yoga moves that take an hour to get to & then that's it. I don't recommend it at all. Very disappointing indeed.
Best Baby Yoga DVD around - By: , 09 Feb 2005 This is a fantastic dvd, which really show new mums (or dads) how to build a gentle yoga practice at home with their babies. Step by step a range of movements are introduced to the great delight of the babies. The instructions & the demonstrations are very clear & detailed. Great tips on how to keep both you & your baby relaxed & happy.
