Excellent yoga dvd, it's got the right amount of strengthening & stretching, plus the pace isn't too fast for post-natal tired bodies! Well shot & differnt difficulty ratings depending on how you're feeling. Also, split into parts so if you can't face the whole think at least you can do something. Got my core strenght back after a c-section, so much appreciated! Plus really good baby massage section.
