This DVD has many good exercises to improve your posture & technique, it is very clear & understandable! The girl on the DVD who does the exercises is clearly no beginer but does make common mistakes that the tutor corrects.... one small proble is the way that its sectioned out! posture & breathing seem to be somewherein the middle of the DVD ? well surly it would be better to get this correct before trying some of the actual singing techniques them selfs... anyway its not to bad over all
