I didn't realise this box set wasin black & white. The only invisible man series I saw as a child wasin colour. So was hugely disappointed that I'd bought the "wrong" version.

this series airedin the USA on the scifi channel a number of years ago as part of an early saturday morning nostalgia block. i religiously taped them but missed a few episodes, now the first season is availablein the USA, but i know it will meet with little acceptance & the second season may never follow SO, the UK version of the compleat series is my choice. this boxes set seems to be region free as it plays on my xbox 360. the picture & sound quality are very good for the age of the program. the stories are a bit silly at times but this only adds to its appeal.

Amazing that after all these years, this series still retains all the fasination that it did when I was a kid.Special effects for the time period are not bad considering.Lots of thin black wires can been seen,but who cares,its all clever stuff.The fighting scenes are magic,over the top but worth a laugh .True nostalga. Well done for the whole collection
