This a fabulous way to get fitin only 15 minutes. Its quite surprising how quickly toned your body gets after just 15 minutes. There are some places however, where she goes a bit fast particularlyin the warm up!. Hence only four stars. But apart from that great way to tone up particularly if your short of time & have a busy life.

at first when i put this dvd on i did'nt really think much of it untill i got into it,
trust me you feel the burn.
its great if you have really bussy day's lets face it every one as 15min's to sparein a day.
i am going to be keeping up with this dvd every day
i just know this one is going to be the one that works.

i wasn't sure what to expect with this DVD with the workouts only being 15mins, but with regular use i have to admit i have seen a significant reductionin the targeted areas, so i would highly reccommend!

I stopped smoking 2 years ago & have since piled on 2.5 stones. I decided late last year (2007) that something had to be done. I have trawled through all the exercise DVD & decided on giving this one ago. I am not disappointed, although a little sore. It gives a good all over work out, broken into sections for the different areas of your body & you can do as much or as little as you want, give it ago I'm glad I did.

15 Minute Workouts For Dummies is excellent especially for people who have busy days & have very little time to work out. There are four sections focusing on major bottom parts. The four sections are as follows:-
1. Legs
2. Bums
3. Upper Body
4. Abs
Each section has a quick warm up followed by different exercises focusing on the key area & then a quick stretch/cool down.
What can i say fantastic - the Abs section is surprisingly a killer, but you will see the results if you combine it with regular cardio.
