I've seen the majority of the beginner DVDs on the market & I have to say this is the best of the lot.

The DVD itself is highly organised into sections so you can find the different moves if you want to look at one particular one. It also has a drills section where you can practice them over & over to your hearts content.

I found the teaching & explanations to be very clear. Filmedin front of a mirror so you can see the front & behind it doesn't focus on her top or feet but gives a view of all. The moves chosen are appropriate for beginners.
I don't mind that there is no choreography on the DVD,in fact I think it is better as it puts the focus on learning & perfecting these moves rather than jumping into learning a dance,

Good for beginners & intermediate level. She describes the isolationsin good detail & very well.

The reason I didn't give it 5 stars is that the actual dance at the end was very short & there was no build up of a routine or dance moves. If you run through the DVD a number of times then it is likely you can build up your own dance.

Good menu options, easy to find the section you want & option to play with music or music & voice instructions.

She is very good & I would recommend this DVD.
