Read the book, nearly stopped smoking. Decided to buy the DVD as it would be quicker than reading the book again. That was 7 weeks ago & have not smoked since. Only had cravings for a couple of days. & have not used any nicotine substitutes. I also have not substitiuted food & have not put on any weight. I have given up before & this time it has been so easy. I cannot explain how or why it works, but please give it a go. (I do not know whther reading the book first made any difference)

This DVD is outstanding investment to your health & your financial budget. Every smoker has lots of doubts about being smoker. There are millions of reasons to quit smoking, but because of brainwashing & addiction of cigarettes we can't really do it, until YOU WATCH THAT DVD. Great job Mr. Carr!
I would recommend that DVD or book of Mr. Carr's to everyone! That's the best investment I've done so farin my life!

The last cigerrete I smoked, was not to the butt...because I wasin fact quite happy to stop,in fact excited to stub it out.

Only thing left is to get rid of all these lighters & boxes of matches Ive managed to collect!!

Be a cynic & watch it, but at least have the desire to stop & comprehend the message. It is simple but sometimes the greatest ideas are...no hesitation....5 stars. FOR ME = LIFE CHANGING. Thanks to the late Allen Carr & his current MD Robin Hayley

This DVD certainly worked for me. Was expecting pictures of lungs & lectures of how smoking kills you, but this is completely the opposite. It's very motivational & encouraging. It makes you feel good about giving up, & gives you a will power boost that will keep you going through those difficult first few days! All of my family that smoked have used it, & we've all given up!

If you're ready to give up smoking, this is the DVD for you. Plus, it's a lot quicker to watch than to read the book, so you'll be off the tabsin no time! Good Luck

I watched this dvd 6 days ago. I quit before the dvd had ended. I did have cravings for the first few days but only very minor & the dvd explains how to deal with them. I feel absolutely brilliant. I do not think of smoking & I also have so much more energy. Since I have stopped I have saved £30 by not smoking which more than covered the price of the dvd.

If you want to quit then this is definately for you.
