An excellent dvd.I am fairly fit & exercise 3 times a week to various dvds but fancied a change. I was very impressed by the instructors knowledge & no nonsense approach. Its great for a full body workout or you can use the ten minute segments to suit you. I will definately be buying more of these dvds as they are challenging & enjoyable.

I bought his DVD becasue I have the Pilates & loved that one but wanted something more difficult. I love this one too. The instructor is enthusiastic & I managed to get really fit & lose weight - I worked really hard though. The more energetic you are the better the results.

I was looking for a good workout DVD without loads of dancing & prancing moves, whooping & wailing from the presenters. This delivers - it is brilliant. You can chose which ones you want or try them all. The whole workout is approx 50 mins & boy you know you've worked out. Some of them are tough but persevere & you'll get there. I was chuffed when I managed to do the ALL kicksin the washboad abs section for the first time! My only criticism along with some of the other reviewers is the stretches are a bit rushed but hey you can add your own. I'd definitely recommend this DVD!

Because of the breakdown of this DVD I would imagine it suits both the beginner & the intermediate exerciser. I'm fairly fit (despite the knees!) & work out 3 to 4 times a week. I tend to do the entire DVD but really know I've worked hard by the end of it! After several weeks of use I'm still finding it interesting & challenging which is a very positive sign for me!
Love the instructor, she's straight forward, encouraging & blessedly free of irritating 'whoo yeah' noises!!
Agree with a previous reviewer who points out lack of proper warm up. I find that I need to target my stretches to weaker areas before starting, but once I've done this I'm ready to go. Having said that, my sister finds the warm up sufficient so it might just be me! The workout is also thankfully free of too many lunges which play havoc with my knees!
Rate this DVD highly & would whole heartedly recommend it.

Really loved this workout. The beginners section is pretty good, you do get a good workout. It's interesting as your learning new moves such as how to punch & kick unlike the traditional exercise DVD. Plus the teacher looks the part very much.
Great little number for 10 mins.
